A must see! I personally loved it! We spend the whole day and I found the presentation of facts accurate and well introduced in the context of EU creation. Great place for all ages.

Why a guided tour?
In addition to our free tablets available in 24 languages, we offer guided tours with history experts. These tours highlight the museum's permanent exhibition and explore significant European phenomena that have shaped the continent, offering unique perspectives on its history.
As the guide takes you through the main exhibition, you’ll notice that we don’t tell the story of each European nation individually. Instead, we explore how history has shaped a collective European memory and continues to influence our lives today and in the future.
The guided tour covers the main events and phenomena that have united and divided Europeans over time. By interpreting history from a collective European perspective, the tour connects and compares shared experiences and their diverse interpretations. As in our own lives, some things we want to remember, while others we prefer to forget. The same event can be interpreted from different perspectives, adding richness to our understanding of history.
Visitors are encouraged to think critically about Europe’s present to engage in its future.
Where we are
Well curated experience across the shared history of Europe. The museum has multiple ways to consume and interact with history and many interesting topics from ancient Greece mythology to modern day steps towards the European union.
Highly recommended – will take multiple hours if you deep-dive into every floor.
