- Kontakt museets Historia-Presseuroparl [dot] europa [dot] eu (kommunikationsteam) mere end to uger før den dato, du ønsker at filme, for at gennemgå den nødvendige proces. Bemærk, at optagelse kun er tilladt i visse områder af museet, for officielle medier eller uddannelsesinstitutioner, når det ikke strider mod andre museumsaktiviteter, og i overensstemmelse med følgende regler:
- Filmens varighed bør ideelt set være under 90 minutter. angiv på forhånd de nøjagtige steder, der ønskes filmet.
- Bemærk, at filmoptagelser og fotografering kun kan foretages på en ikke-obstruerende måde, der ikke blokerer besøgende eller optager billeder af deres ansigter.
- På grund af særlige ophavsretlige og bevaringsmæssige forhold foretrækkes bredvinklede skud frem for lukninger på individuelle genstande.
- 15 genstande i den permanente udstilling må ikke fotograferes eller filmes — disse er mærket med en "no photo" -mærkat — en liste over disse vil blive fremlagt på forhånd.
- En formular til filmtilladelse vedrørende ophavsret til genstande bør udfyldes forud for optagelsen. Denne kan udleveres af museets kommunikationsteam.
- Det er forbudt at optage film af sikkerhedsområder ved indgangen.
- For så vidt angår udstyr og teams: brug venligst ikke blitz eller ekstern belysning på bestemte steder, og tilslut ikke udstyret til strømforsyningen.
- Det foretrækkes, at der kun medbringes et minimum af udstyr, og der kan ikke lånes yderligere udstyr fra museet.
- Filmudstyr bør flyttes forsigtigt, således at det undgås at røre ved museumsmøbler, udstillinger eller genstande eller efterlade mærker i gulvet.
- Filmhold bør kun bestå af essentielle personer.
